Tamara's expertise is wide-ranging; from working with middle school students on basic arithmetic and algebra skills to working with upper school students tackling DP Maths AA HL/SL and Math AI HL/SL, and AP Calculus. As an IB teacher, her focus is on ensuring that her students develop critical thinking skills and gain a thorough understanding of the underlying concepts. She has also overhauled several secondary mathematics curricula and is an MYP Extended Mathematics Examiner.

With almost 30 years of teaching experience in 8 countries, Tamara has worked with students in AP and IB programs as well as spent some time working in the IGCSE and other local curricula.

In her free time, Tamara enjoys photography, travel, auto mechanics, classic cars and reading mystery novels.
